The place is quite nice. It's across the street from the beach, not ON the beach. There is no air conditioning in the unit but, with the fans, we did not need it in April. The owner was very nice and even mailed us something we had left behind.

We had an awesome stay. The place was as advertised and met all expectations. We did have an issue with renovations above us at 8 am which was unexpected. Hot tub was nice to unwind for the day. Would stay here again

My stay in Florida at your condo was enjoyable. My extended family was there for my nephew’s wedding and because of the hurricane there were complications. This darling beach house is one block from beach, boardwalk, and balboa bars! My friends and i had so much fun hanging out on the comfy couches, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, barbequeing on the grill while relaxing on the patio - and all that was before we hit the 5 min away on a lovely walk beach, shopping, restaurants, sunsets, and ferry to Newport Peninsula. I love this cottage!

My family had an amazing time this week! We were so sad to leave! The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and convenient to the elevator. The pools were much larger than many, and the tiki bar was a great bonus. We loved the proximity to Pier Park and walked over frequently to eat and shop. Check in and check out were completely effortless. I highly recommend Amber and her team!
