We spent longer inside the condo than expected due to Hurricane Ian and it was a great place to stay safe. Steven and Sarah kept us updated before and during our trip. Balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the early morning or anytime really.

Great place easy access to everything. True ski in ski out. I would recommend for small group. I own an arb&b and there were a couple of things I would do if it was mine. The unit needs more than three big cups and it would be nice if trash can was bigger in the kitchen. Either the hot tub wasn’t operational or I couldn’t find it.

This place was just what was promised. In the past, I've shown up to places we've rented to find them dirty or not what the pictures look like. That was not the case here as this spot was very clean and the entire house has been updated. The backyard was great for the dog and the walk to the beach is super easy. Will definitely be back.

We loved this condo! This is the first time we've stayed somewhere different and we were worried but this is a nice unit! Great views from the balcony. Unit had everything you could want or need and owner stocked it with plenty of puzzles, books for all ages. Condo is in a great location with grocery and plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Can't wait to come back!

Luney dunes was just as described. Comfortable oversized bed. Private entrance and deck overlooking the water. So peaceful. Close to downtown Newburyport to shop and have delicious food. The host was great and asked if we needed anything. I will book again!
