Had a great time at the condo at Kingston Arms. Clean, roomy, and close to everything you need...great bars, restaurants, and of course, the beach. Management company was fabulous, from well before arrival until after check-out. They followed up with us regularly to check if we needed anything. Just an overall enjoyable week in Sarasota.

The condo was well furnished, clean, and had all of the comforts of a home. It is well taken care of, all of the appliances worked, nicely decorated, and everything looked new. The condo is in a great location, it is close to downtown and the beach, we felt very safe.

Although a little rough on the outside, the inside of this condo was beautiful! Everything worked nicely and it was nice having everything we needed to cook, towels, and even the boogie boards and snorkeling gear was SUPER nice to have! Thank you for making our vacation confortable and convienent.

I spent a weekend in the condo and relaxed the instant I walked into the unit. Everything was clean, beach amenities were provided and it was close to stores and restaurants. The view from the back patio is amazing and the beach is just steps away. I wanted to move in!

We’ve stayed in this house several times now to visit our daughter, a student at Flagler. The house is in an ideal location (walking distance to almost everything). It’s spacious, well-equipped and great place for our family. Plus plenty of parking and outdoor space. We’ll be back!
