Timber Run is a fantastic Steamboat vacation rental location. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is situated only three blocks from the gondola/base area. You can walk to skiing, restaurants, pubs and shopping but also have the convenience of free shuttle service to the mountain in the winter.

This warm, cozy unit was just beautifully remodeled (November 2018), feels brand new and features fabulous Coretec flooring, gorgeous granite countertops, brand new stainless appliances, magnificently tiled showers, rustic mountain-style wood doors and trim as well as superb decorating touches.

Enjoy views from the living area and patio, as well as some open space as you are situated on an isolated side of the building. Kick back on the sofa and watch a show or movie on the big screen TV or warm up by the gas fireplace. The open living area also includes the remodeled fully stocked kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs (sits 6 with leaf), counter seating (3 bar stools) ample seating (queen sleeper sofa, 1 chair) and access to the patio.

The master suite offers a comfy King bed, flat screen TV and the recently updated private full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed. There is another remodeled, full bathroom in the hallway.

Timber Run has all the property amenities you would want on site including an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a BBQ area with picnic tables, community laundry rooms, tennis courts (summer only) and free shuttle services (winter only) to take guests to the ski area. You have a locked ski locker next to the front door. A convenient parking lot is outside of the unit.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Tenant agrees to leave premises/contents in same condition as found upon move-in, normal wear/wear expected
Max number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding/using premises for illegal activity/causing damage to premises or neighboring properties and other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises.
No open flames. Candle burning not permitted on balconies/in unit with exception of wood burning fireplace. Do not remove smoke detectors. Use stove fan when cooking to avoid smoke alarm activation.
There is no daily maid service but can be arranged for fee.
"No pets" policy must be observed (unless noted as pet friendly/fees have been paid). If evidence found you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent/deposit.
No smoking in unit. Damage deposit will be forfeited/you will incur charge of $1000 if you opted for damage insurance as smoking is not covered. You will incur additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if evidence of smoking.
Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as person under age of 25. We require one member of party to be 25. Violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
Owner/owners agents may enter premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary repairs/alterations/improvements/supply necessary services/show premises to prospective purchasers/renters/contractors. Owner will provide at least 24 hrs notice of intent to enter (except in case of emergency)
Report maintenance needs, we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating/air conditioning/appliances/televisions.
iTrip or Owner, do not assume liability for loss/damage/injury to persons/personal property nor accepts liability for inconveniences/damage/loss/injury arising from temporary defects/stoppage of water/gas/cable/wifi/electricity/plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions/natural disasters/acts of God/other reasons beyond its control.
Tenant acknowledges if premises reserved includes a community pool, the undersigned agrees and acknowledges pool/patio/deck can be dangerous, the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and injury may occur if not careful. With full knowledge of above,Tenant accepts/assumes all risks involved to Tenant/Tenant's guests related to use of pool/patio areas.
Tenant fully releases/discharges Owner from all liabilities/claims/demands/causes of action by reason of any injury/loss of damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any guests as result, or connection with occupancy of premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any reasonable attorneys fees and costs. Owner reserves right to terminate this Agreement upon their discretion at any time.
Any violation that incurs a fine will be tenant responsibility. Examples include improper trash disposal, smoking, excessive noise, parking violations.

Had a lovely time at the property! Very close and convenient to the mountain, town, etc. The shuttle runs until 5pm to the mountain, which was helpful for getting out to the slopes. Coming home we either took the public bus (does bring you to the property, not the most intuitive schedule to figure out) or ubers (which were decently available). Very clean space, responsive host, and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here with our 2 young kids and it was the perfect setup. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the other bedroom with the large bunk bed was perfect for kids. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated with nice finishes throughout. The complex has a wonderful heated pool, plus three hot tubs. It's an easy walk to the base and nearby eateries. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at PJs place! The location was great, we just hopped on the shuttle to get to the base, the hot tubs were an extra perk, and the condo was perfectly outfitted with all we needed. My kids loved the bunks! We had a wonderful time! Would go again!

Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth, the condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, kitchen had everything we needed. Although we did not use the pool, hot tubs, grills and tennis courts they were clean and well kept. It’s obvious the owners take excellent care and pride in their unit and the community keeps the common area top notch. Definitely would stay again in this unit.

Just completed a 4 day, 3 night stay at Timber Run for my annual Sister's Weekend away from the city. We loved the condo. It was clean and professionally decorated. We were able to get in with no problems at our check-in time. The pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts were clean and available. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and there were portable fans if we needed them (which we only turned on briefly because the cross ventilation in the condo is excellent.) The team checked in with me the first day to make sure everything was going as we expected. I highly recommend Timber Run. It is such a great place to get-away and we will definitely come back.

This place is fantastic!! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could ever need, even an instapot! There is a grass area just outside the patio with space to play yard games or let the kids run around. The beds are extremely comfortable and the unit is very quiet! This place was great! It is super close to the ski resorts! This place has everything you need! The heated pool and hot tub areas are literally a 30-second walk. The inside is completely updated in every room. The TV comes with Cable and Netflix, perfect for watching movies with the family! The beds are super comfortable and cozy. Such a great experience. Would highly recommend and would use this place again!
