The open air deck and screened in porch are lovely.

As the description says, this is a "vintage, rustic, old school beachfront cottage". It is set amongst newer styles of beachfront homes. The beach is visible from the cottage, but not right on the water. The open air deck and screened in porch are lovely.

We had such a great time during our stay at Serenity! This is our 2nd time staying. The location is perfect from Folly and downtown and the condo had all the amenities at home. Very clean, nice upgrades and we enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back again!

Great Place in Harbour Town

857 Ketch Court has the best view of the Harbour Town marina. The room is very comfortable for 2 adults. The bed was great. The bathroom was a bit small but still fine for us. I highly recommend this property for a getaway.

We enjoyed our stay in a cute 2 bedroom condo, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen and living room. Amenities were perfect, including the pool and restaurant at the resort. The location was great, and the neighborhood is beautiful for a morning walk. You are within walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, restaurants and a mile to the beach.

Stunning home and views, and so well appointed. Spent a weekend with a group of girlfriends and we ended up enjoying more time at the house playing games, watching movies and relaxing than in town. When we did head down, the bus stop was incredibly convenient. Clean, comfortable, beautifully modern, spacious. Will absolutely stay here again!
