Lovely, sparkling clean condo. Lots of nice, personal touches throughout. Extremely responsive to questions. Loved the proximity to the beach and Salty Dog, shops, and other restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, immaculately taken care of grounds. Highly recommend.

My family and friends stayed at the belmare hotel and we enjoyed our time there. It was comfortable for all seven of us. We thought the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the noise level was quiet for being so close to the action of the boardwalk. We would definitely stay there again.

We had 2 families and very comfortable in condo. Easy walk to Chondola but used handy dial a ride and ordering was a breeze on app. Comfortable beds. We had a couple minor issues (fire alarm chirping and light bulbs out) but management was quick to respond and very friendly. I would recommend.

Very nice place, good view, very clean and only steps away from the beach. ITrip agents were wonderful and assisted us with a booking issue that we created ourselves - thank you so much. Communication via email / text was wonderful prior to our stay and throughout.

The house was great. Brand new, very family friendly. The beds were comfy, and the place was very clean and comfortable all around. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The location is great, super close to downtown, wine country, and even the coast which we visited while we were out here. Their was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us too. Will definitely stay again!
