We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to all great restaurants. We went to Key West twice and this was a great location to get there in about 90 minutes. We ate at the restaurants in Hawks Kay and really enjoyed the food and great service. Thanks for a very nice birthday trip!!!

This place is nice. 3 bed 3 bath. Very close to the beach. The only negative was the elevator. It felt like it wasn’t going to make it much longer and there were signs warning not to hold it open. If the elevator was repaired or replaced then it would be perfect.

Nice rooms, spacious and clean. Felt safe due to security locks on all doors. Pool was nice. Market next door for purchasing supplies a plus. Close walk to public access to the beach. Would have been nice to have had the outside deck connected to room covered for shade from the sun for afternoon reading or eating.

Nicely furnished and fully equipped condo, excellent for a Park City ski vacation. Everything was as advertised and the rental agent was very responsive to one question we had. There are numerous steps from the street to the condo but the cozy ness of the unit makes up for the steps.

There were 3 of us for a Christmas vacation. The grounds at the Somerset are beautifully landscaped. The unit we were were in was well appointed. All line we and furnishings were in good repair. Loved the entry and beach cart. ITrip realty was wonderful to work with. I would have no hesitation in returning to this unit again
