I have truly enjoyed my time here at Hello Sunshine! Everything was easy! The atmosphere for me and my two best friends needing to relax and escape from nonstop work. We felt peaceful here and special. Loved Folly Beach the ocean. 1.Breakfast Lost Dog Cafe 2. Taco Boy!!! 3. Early morning beach 4. 5church restaurant 5. Carmello all recommended for fellow travelers!

We loved the condo. Great location and has all the amenities that anyone could ask for. Except, the A/C doesn’t work very well. The people sleeping in the loft were hot and did not sleep well at all. Also,if you were second in line to take a shower, there was no hot water and we don’t take long showers. Maybe the water heater needs to be turned up? Other than that, the condo is excellent.

We have stayed in these particular condos for several years now. They are centrally located in Treasure Island within walking distance of many restaurants & also the grocery store. Parking is easy & you are steps from the beach.

the unit was in a good loaction but the lighting inside was beyond terrible...the a/c didn't work and the hot tub also had issues where i had to keep flipping the breaker on and off i was mtn biking the whole time so i didn't really care but if i was to be in the unit more i would definitely have complained

This place is great for my family and I. We loved the pool was only a few steps from the condo, which my kids enjoyed daily. The drive to all the places was only a few minutes away. Grocery stores down on the road. This is a great location. A few maintenance things could make this better such as the stove takes a very long time to preheat and the door handle in the master bedroom is broken.
