House is compact, and clean. Food shopping is within walking distance, along with other stores (eg, hardware store, etc.). Denver has pleasant attractions to visit, although a car/cab is needed to navigate the distances.

Everything was just as pictured and was decorated lovely. Had everything you would need, provided for your stay. The Lanai was used and greatly appreciated. Great view and so convenient to the beach! We will be back and will use John’s company again.

We enjoyed our summer vacation! Lotsa Sands is a beautiful beachfront home. It was so spacious & all appliances were up to date. My family loved the outside bonus room & private outside shower. Awesome hangout spot after a long day at the beach!

The home is lovely. The pool is fantastic. There are 6 of us and the accommodations are perfect for us. A couple suggestions to make it even better: 1. The towels are awful. Very scratchy. 2. A mister on the back patio would be a great addition. 3. The hand soap is awful. These are very minor complaints but just thought it was worth mentioning.
