This was our third and best stay yet. Our unit was clean, in great condition. The kitchen was superb. We had one small linen issue when we first checked in that was resolved immediately. Thank you I trip for a most enjoyable stay.

This was a spacious, clean and beautiful home. It was within walking distance to a trolley stop and many other attractions. Off street parking included. Only 2 steps to navigate made this wonderful for someone using a walker. Thank you.

Wonderful condo. It’s clean and looks just like it does in the pictures. This was our second time to stay in 1002. There was a small amount of wear and tear but that’s to be expected. The only problem was that the separate ice machine was not working. I especially love the large shower. We’ll be back next year.

We had an awesome time at this location! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The group was so happy to visit Folly Beach and come back to such a wonderful scenic house. Will definitely come back soon!!

This new house is absolutely amazing. We had the best time. The house is fully equipped, spacious for an extended stay, great neighborhood with key deer and a walk to No Name Pub. The inside is decorated beautifully and the pool and view were amazing. The house has new technology. Would highly recommend this property. It was truly amazing.
