Cozy house neat the lake

We enjoyed staying at this cozy house near Stinson Lake. The wood joinery and construction is amazing. The house had everything we needed which was helpful when there is not a supermarket near by. We appreciated seeing bottle waters, wine and coffee in the frig upon arrival. We did not bring our dog but like that we could.

We loved the plum cottage! It was beautifully appointed with modern appliances, comfortable beds and couch, even down to the details of beach towels, and toiletries. We couldn’t have asked for more considerate hospitality. The cottage was spacious, spotless and in a great location- walkable to shopping and restaurants, galore. The pool was a tropical oasis, as well. Highly recommend!

Just spent a perfect week at The Cottage On Park. Super cute place, equipped with nearly anything you could need and situated perfectly 1/2 mile from the shops/restaurants at Coligny and 5 min walk to the beach. The pool was clean and warm and outdoor shower was such a fun feature!! The house is cozy and adorably decorated - such a relaxing fun place to stay. We will be back for sure!! Emily

We loved Rue De Buci as well as Seabrook Island! The unit itself was clean and well stocked. Having access to a pool was a plus for the days we didn't want to deal with the beach and sand. For beach days, it was nice to see that we could drive to access #9 and park near it instead of walking with all of our gear. We look forward to returning soon!

This condo view was just as wonderful as pictured, and looked just like it did in all of the photos. Every resident, and fellow vacationer was more than nice at this location. It’s located in the quieter part of the beach which I absolutely loved. I will be going back year after year. 10/10 would stay at this location, and this property specifically!
