Great house to relax with family/friends

House is great and fully equipped. Best treat is the pool/patio overlooking the golf course and Santa Rosa mountains. Liz/Rozet were super friendly, and prompt to customer feedback to improve the house.

The building is a little old and worn down but the room was very nice and pleasant. It has everything we needed and it was easy to get comfortable and relax. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Very nice condo. Clean and very accessible to restaurant ,fun,beach,stores. Very nice pool and easy accessible to beach. My daughter was in different condo but had her wedding on beach. Couldnt have planned or found a better place it was perfect. Will recommend to rent here. Thank you.

We went for a short family vacay to celebrate birthday & anniversary. The house was beautiful, spacious & had everything we needed. We did however think we were “on the beach” as the ad said. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I wish we would have knows this earlier as we planned to be on the beach. But we did love the house. The hot tub, grill and whole backyard area was a hit.

Great house. Lots of room. Very clean. We enjoyed the pool and was very glad it had a safety fence around it since we had 2 children with us. Only downfall was a very busy road. You could hear cars going by all night long. Property managers were excellent with getting right back on any questions.
