Great condo with terrific location. Condo clean, spacious, equipped with TV, internet and full kitchen. Easy beach access along with close proximity to Board Walk and any number of great food places. Advertised to sleep 10 people and this spot easily and comfortably will do that. The parking situation is very tight. Large SUV's have a snug fit beneath the building.

Where we stayed I really enjoyed it a perfect location I personally think it was overpriced It could have been $200 cheaper wouldve been a fair price other than that very nice accommodations easy access to the beach a good parking a very clean!!!

Great fit - perfect for our needs

We were in St Augustine for a wedding and wanted to combine the formal events with some beach time. 3 bedrooms were just right for 5 adults. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with the essentials. 5 min walk to beach just across A1A. Plus we were able to take advantage of discounts on local attractions. Would definitely stay at the Surf Perch on a future trip.

We thoughourly enjoyed our stay at the Flagler Flat for our 3 nights as we celebrated our mother's 80 birthday. We most definitely will recommend your unit as we found it very clean, beautifully decorated and in an overall great location (except for the noisy Saloon in the back). The unit was definitely cozy and well appointed and was very comfy ! We rate a 5.0 !

Our team had an amazing stay in Boise during the Treefort Fest. The house was the perfect home base from the fest! Hot tub was vital in our morning relaxation before the busy day. Would highly recommend checking this place out!
