As soon as we arrived at 603 Dockside we fell right in love with it. It immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The space is perfect for our family. We are already planning to come back to this same condo! Like anywhere, there are little things or should I say little flaws but I’m not going to get into the nit picky stuff, this stuff is what makes it feel more like home. The beds were very comfortable. And our favorite part was that we didn’t have neighbors on one side of us and we are in the top floor. Privacy and quiet was perfect! 5 min walk to the beach, a nice pool to use, many options for food close, shopping and so much other stuff for fun. We had two little ones with us and this condo made vacationing with kids a breeze.

The condo was really clean with new appliances. It has nice views of the bay and the ocean since it is on the 6th floor. We enjoyed watching the marine life in the bay from the dock. You have to walk around 3 blocks to get to the public beach. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys in the condo to use which is really nice! We had a wonderful vacation.

Enjoyed our stay, this is the third year we have stayed in this unit. We like the location, we park our vehicle and are able to walk most everywhere we went. The unit is a good fit for our family and reasonably priced.However this year the unit was not very clean when we arrived, there was sand on the floor in several of the rooms, the keurig coffee maker had been put in the cabinet with water in the tank and the coffee holder broken.Over all we had a great stay.

Unit has potential, but not seen thru. Cleaning was sub standard. We weren't able to check in Until after 5. Dishes in dishwasher, area rugs still in laundry. Drawers and cabinets throughout were crammed with games, Nick-knacks, broken lamps, etc.Several lights burned out, dishwasher not working. Calls=txt messages to Property managers answered only with excuses.Not enough parking, had to park one car on Street, feeding coins into meters.Elevators. Both were in poor condition. Lights mostly burned out. They jump, doors get stuck closed. An adventure with every ride. We tried walking, but 6th floor with 94 degrees and 90% humidity was not a good option. Bbq grill, pictured on confirmation and booking site had a 2" thick gauge chain securing it closed. Property manager said "it's not on the site". I sent her the pic. No response. Lastly, the pool was closed for 36 hours with numerous and sundry excuses why. Nothing appeared wrong, just not available. Again, no assistance 2200.00 spent. Worth 1/4 of that.Please call me (970)317-8931

I"m sorry but that grill belongs to the property next door. There was a photo that has a glimpse of it in the background. That photo has been removed from our listing. There was no mention of the grill in the listing. The guest before you did not vacate on time, so the maids were late. This is why we have a 10 am check out time so the condo can be ready for the next guest. There is nothing wrong with the elevators. Everyone gets two parking passes.

When we arrived in the evening, we attempted several times to get in and couldn't. We called the phone number given to us in an email and they provided the code for the new keypad that had been installed that day. No one told us it had been changed out ahead of time so we were a bit worried when we could not get into the condo. The condo itself was nice overall. It was spacious enough for our family of four. We did not get to use the Master Bedroom due to it being much warmer in that room then the rest of the condo. The air was coming out of the vent, but just would not cool appropriately. For some this may not be an issue. For us it was since we like a cooler room while sleeping. The bath towels hanging up were washed, but had stains on them and older. Many of the wash cloths were older looking. The balcony is not private but had a nice view of the bay. The distance from the beach and food were good and not too far to walk to daily. Overall, we rate this condo as a 3.5.
