The house was perfect! It was clean and nice. And, Within 10 minutes of Parris Island. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet and convenient to restaurants. The property manager, Barry, was very polite, friendly and helpful with all questions.

This beach house was beyond great! It totally exceeded all my expectations! My grandkids enjoyed the loft as their private space! The pool, the front porch with the gulf unobstructed views, the short walk to the beach made our family vacation so special! We hope to make it back here in the next couple of years!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love everything about it! The house is very clean, spacious and beautiful. We spent much of the week enjoying the lanai and large heated pool. The management company was easy to contact and quickly responded. We highly recommended this place!

I booked two rooms for our trip. Both rooms were ready when promised and everything in the rooms was in great shape (except for a broken hinge on a cabinet door under our kitchen sink). The people at iTrip were very helpful with my emailed questions and requests before the trip; prompt, polite and friendly. Check-in info was provided in time and everything worked. Mahalo!

The townhouse was beautiful. All the amenities were there and then some. Rooms were clean and everything was organized. My only complaint was that the pool needed some maintenance. I think they need to check the filter because the water was not clean. And the other is not the owners fault but the trash procedure is terrible no one picks it up and people leave trash everywhere.
