The apartment was nicely updated and clean, it had great access to the base of steamboat via the wild horse gondola. If there was one drawback it would be that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator which can be a pain with a lot of gear. Overall would recommend, positive experience.

Lovely property in a quiet area close to the beach!

We loved our stay at this property! We enjoyed the big windows overlooking the lagoon, and the walk to the beach was short and enjoyable. We rented bikes and had daily bike rides on the beach and throughout the neighborhood. The property was clean, comfortable, bright, and welcoming and made for a great beach getaway trip!

I've rented a condo in the Heritage Oaks GCC for one month. During this time I had an excellent support by iTrip. The condo is nice and The Heritage is great. The support I had was very important for fixing very quickly some small issues.

#208 at the Lighthouse was an excellent condo primarily due to location. It is on the lowest floor, almost at the center of the complex, short walk to the beach. My wife, son, nephew and I loved it and we plan to reserve again next year! Thank you for a great time!
