This is a very good cottage, and everything I used worked well.

This is a very nice cottage, beachfront, with a deck overlooking the ocean. I opted not to cook and ate out, so I did not use the kitchen. It is a short drive to Center Street, the main business section of Folly Beach. Two things: the hot water in the shower was interrupted and ran cold before returning to hot, and the back door, while locked, was not secure.

I'm late getting my review up. This was a super nice condo in a nice, but not spectacular, building. Nice furnishings, great view, convenient location. A real value for the money. I highly recommend it. I hope to come back.

Great Condo and Location, Location, Location !

The condo was great - the view spectacular! Definitely would rent this unit again. Just a few hiccups along the way - deactivated room keys a couple of days in a row and water was turned off last night of our stay for repair work and was delayed in being restored into the next morning. Beach chairs for guest use would be a great addition to the unit. Beautiful property and unit!

Great setup for families!

We had a wonderful family reunion on Folly! The home was so cute and comfortable. There was room for everyone during the reunion...outdoor and indoor seating along with a screened in area. We never felt crowded and had room for all of our fooď! It was also just a few blocks from a very hip grocery store and Chico Feo where we got tacos and listened to live music. Great setup for families!

We rented this condo for our family of four so we could have a separate place to stay for a larger family reunion. It was perfect for what we needed - clean, comfortable and close to where we needed to be. We would definitely stay again! Loved the text communication from the rental agency before and during our stay.
