Love this house. This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Both stays were great. Easy walk to the town center and pools. We did not have any problems , but I’m sure if something came up we would have been taken care of. Love Pelican Preserve. There are a lot of great people who live here.

Husband and I wanted a nice quiet place to unwind and enjoy the Gulf. This place has hit all the boxes. Beautiful views, close beach access, and we can cook in kitchen or grill at the pool area. The condo was clean upon arrival and the owners have been very easy to work with and have been very accommodating.

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle beach, it’s more family oriented and less crowded. It’s like staying in a small apartment, so you can cook your own food if you don’t feel like going out. I plan on returning next summer.

We enjoyed our stay! Clean and spacious. A few things that we think are important to fix: the porch chairs are very unstable and dangerous the porch is in a slight angle so they felt very unsafe to sit on due to being high chairs. The pool chairs are also broken and could use a few new ones the current ones are cracked or broken and not enough for the amount of other condos.

This place was a great size for our family of 5 which includes 3 teens. Plenty of comfortable beds and linens. Nice size kitchen and living area. Very close to PCMR and several of the ski lifts. Quick walk to Main Street. Would definitely recommend to friends visiting and hope to return ourselves!
