Liked the house. Great kitchen, big, new appliances. We struggled with the fire tv. The screened in porch was a disappointment. Old, uncomfortable, paint peeling furniture. Tina was great. She respond to us quickly. She was very helpful

Condo is just as pictured, was ready when we arrived. Seems very well equipped and comfy. Does need some TLC and updating, but everything basically worked and we weren't there to hang out in the condo anyway! Location is PERFECT!

We had a blast staying at your condo! It was so convenient to have the slopes right downstairs after sleeping in such comfortable beds! The condo is beautifully decorated and very well appointed with free transportation throughout the village. We could not have been happier. We will certainly return!

Great location and very comfortable house with all the conveniences! Easy access to Jug Creek, Charlotte Harbor and Boca Grande Pass. Close to marinas and restaurants. Great boat lift, but use is subject to something greater than low tide. No where to leave boat off lift and tied up. Really would be great if sea wall had a couple of pilings set so that would be possible.

Great place. There are a few minor issues. Toilet in master bedroom didn't flush well (thank goodness I know how to use a plunger). The TV, wasn't clear on how to use, no local channels, like to see news and weather. All in all, great location, close to everything. Would use again Thanks, Lorie Smith
