Living room mounted TV has full swivel mount to you can watch from dining or kitchen.

AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

The unit was very clean and despite being located above the parking garage door, was quiet and peaceful. It is centrally located within a 10 minute walk from the village and close to the highway - very convenient. Our only complaint was that we wish there were paper towels and a dish scrubbie!

We are a group of 5 and had a great time here in winter. Great location, just one minute walk to the bus stop for the free shuttle to Gondola, perfect for us who love snowboarding and pretty close to the Marketplace. Everything we need is in the area. The place is cozy and comfy. Would love to come back.

The location was great. Close to everything. I didn’t mind the check in process although not as simple as other VRBO’s or Airbnb’s. It was perfect for 4 adults. In terms of cleanliness it lost marks. The pots and pans were very worn, the beds hardly made, the kitchen was not cleaned well and the sink was leaking underneath upon our arrival with a big puddle on the floor. We would stay in that location again but do hope their cleanliness improves.

Annual golf trip

Just back from an amazing golf weekend in Whistler, and Symphony 38 was perfect for us 4 guys. Easy parking right under the unit, 5 min walk to marketplace with lots of cool small restaurants, and across the street from the liquor store... The hottub in the back is large and was great for 'apres-golf'.

Great location for skiing and Village

First time at Symphony 38 this winter, but have stayed there before. Noticed new dining chairs which was a good upgrade from the previous ones. This is the perfect location for keen skiers, the free shuttle bus stops across the road, and takes less than 5 min to Whistler base. Also perfect being across from Marketplace, where you can find anything you need from several great places for food take-out, liquor store and supermarket. The parking below is tight so if you have a large truck you might have to park in the visitor parking or on the street. The actual unit is modern and comfortable, with large communal hottub in the back. Last winter there was a booking system with a whiteboard by the tub, right now it is first come first serve which worked fine the 5 days we were there. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect Location

We have stayed at Symphony #38 several times, both summer and winter. We are a family of four, w two sons in early 20s. The Townhome is very comfortable for the four of us, and you can easily sleep more people on 2 pullout couches in the living room once Covid restrictions allows for it, or you have a bigger family. Parking is easy, with one spot inside the gate, and visitor spot outside the gate if needed, all underground. We also love the hot-tub which is 15 meter outside the master-bedroom. It is shared with the other townhomes in the complex. so make sure to reserve your 45 minute spot in the morning before going skiing. We have been able to use it every afternoon/night we have been there, as Whistler has not been busy this year.... The location is fantastic for keen skiers, as the free shuttle bus stops 150 meter away, and takes you to Whistler base in 3-4 minutes. From there you can access both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains. Being 100 meter from Marketplace is also great as you have everything you need there with Whistler's biggest supermarket, several restaurants and fast-food joints, cafes, bank etc. This is a good time to take advantage of the great snow Whistler have this season, and the fact that the mountain is almost empty on weekdays since border is closed. Saturdays is the busiest day to ski, but if you head up after 10-11, it is actually not bad, and seldom more than 15 min lineups.

This spot was very cute and as pictured. Clean, plenty of room and a few extras like tea in the cupboard and shampoo in the showers. We made use of the hot tub too, which was a lovely perfect. Very close & walkable distance to the village. Would highly recommend this spot.

The condo was a good fit for our girls weekend. Best were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the furnishings were nice. My problem is the upkeep for the suite was not there, the shower handle was detached, the bbq was melted to the patio, and just general maintenance was lacking.

Symphony is a great location close to everything. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Outdoor hot tub is a great place to relax and meet others. Will definitely try to book this unit again next time we are out.
