Great location, beautiful home, needs a few improvements

Everything was great, the location is really wonderful for families. Lots to do near by or just hang out at the house in the beautiful surroundings. Not quite right on the lake as we thought. Also, the bedding situation needs an upgrade. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the sheets and blankets desperately need to be replaced.

Cute place close by to Sun River attractions (village, brewery, Sharc, etc.). My son enjoyed staying in the kids room, which had bunk beds, kids books, and some toys too! Clean with everything you need.

The house was updated and had several areas to relax around the kitchen. Very comfortable. Our group consisted of 8 women and this was a tennis trip. The house is a mile plus from the Kiawah Golf Club courts. Several of us rented bikes to get to the courts. The pool is small but clean. We had a great time!

We loved our stay! Short walk to the ocean and the villa is beautiful and well stocked. Everything in the villa was up to date and clean. We always come to Kiawah in the summer and this was our first winter visit which we also loved!

Highly recommend the Top Deck!!

My stay at the Top Deck was amazing. Comfortable beds and the view is amazing!!! Easy access to the beach. Nice restaurants with in walking distance. Also if you like to cook everything to cook a great meal is available. I will definitely be going back! Thank you Top Deck! Keith
