Overall…this was an excellent spot and we would stay again. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, great parking and amenities. If I needed anything, I could text the property owners and get a quick response. We have four kids and they all loved it.

Blue Paradise

The name, Blue Paradise was perfect. The ocean just a few steps away to our front, and the bay a few steps to our back. This cottage was on the front corner where we could sit out on the deck comfortably and see sections of the gulf. The steps into the condo was a bit of a workout, but it was so worth it. The decor was bright, clean, and new. We would most definitely stay here again. Sandra

We very much enjoyed our stay right on the beach! It was a pleasant change to park our car right outside our front door and not have to ride an elevator to get to our accommodations. The AC worked great and the bed was comfy - we highly recommend.

Amazing unit and great hosts! The place is very spacious and has all the amenities you need to cook/clean/wash/etc. It’s a quick 5-10min walk to USC campus and the location is safe and quiet. The hosts are VERY responsive and helpful. There is also a parking space and street parking as well. I would definitely recommend this place…it was an excellent stay.

We had an amazing vacation in Florida this summer. The vacation rental at 106 Kima was perfect. The entire condo was as clean if not cleaner than any place we have ever stayed at. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you!!
