Close to Austin but without the Austin hassles

Loved this space. Kids had a great time retro gaming with Xbox 360 and the pool table in the Greenhouse was a great surprise. You can tell the owners of this house really wanted to make sure the guests were happy. Big TVs in all the bedrooms, a bookshelf with an eclectic book collection, games for indoors as well as outdoor games. Plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained.

This was our second visit to Tropic Sun and it didn’t disappoint! This condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. We love being a short walk from the beach and all the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass!

This condo was very pretty. The main thing that we noticed was that it needs a thorough deep cleaning!! Cabinet fronts and stove were dirty. Bathrooms needed scrubbing and some good old fasioned elbow grease to clean them!

We had a lovely stay and the location can't be beat! Just one house back from the beach, and you can see the ocean from all three decks quite clearly. The house was roomy and accommodated our group of seven easily. The neighborhood is quiet, and only a 5 minute drive (or 30 minute walk) into Bethany town. Will be back next year!
