A Hidden Gem

Clean, convenient and quiet with a wonderful view and easy access to the beach. The sunrises were beautiful. The rental team was responsive and answered the few needs we had. When we get an opportunity to visit again we certainly would rent this hidden gem again.

We really enjoyed the house and neighborhood. The only negative would be the tram had cut back to Thursday through the weekend since it wasn’t peak time. Made the walk to the beach a little more cumbersome having to carry things with small kiddos. Just wanted to mention so others would be aware. House was beautiful, well-stocked and really clean! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful Condo close to everything!

Royal Beach 102 is a spacious & beautiful condo with everything you need. Private pool off of the 2nd floor, beach chairs/umbrellas etc. provided for use & extremely close to the beach. 2 parking spaces were a plus & elevator for those who have trouble with stairs. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great Condo and Easy Process

This condo was in a great location and well appointed with nice furniture and kitchen dishes/pans/ammenities and some staples (spices and coffee makings) for our week long stay. Further, the process with the property manager was quite easy.

We stayed at the property three nights, but wish it was longer! Located within walking distance from a few great restaurants and fun shops. About 30 minute drive to Caligny Beach on Hilton Head Island (highly recommended). Kids loved their own floor upstairs and was very clean and cozy place. Great time and hope to be back again!!
