Cold weather but quaint condo

Condo is small but very nice . perfect for 3 -4 people. Overlooks inlet and faces the small causeway. Be patient with trying to get in the front door. Takes a few moments to register the numbers to enter. Take advantage of the Uber and charters out of Tampa. Dont rent a car...the condo is 200 yards from the beach and walking distance to everything. Take advantage of the Jolley Trolley

My family just HAD to get away for a few days - quarantining was driving us all mad. This place was perfect or our family (6). It was clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, close to the water and grocery stores / and restaurants were nearby.

Our unit at Kimball Lodge was very nice. The pictures were a true representation. The property was very clean. The pool area was small but there was so much sandy area w trees for shade and ample chairs that it didn't matter. Steps to ocean. Would stay here again.

All in all Unit 703 provides all the needs we were looking for. The only issues we had were with the sliding door to the balcony not having a good handle to open with. It was quite difficult with only finger holes. The other issue we had was the mattress in the bedroom. The springs are very worn and could use to be replaced. Very nice unit and view of the beach.

This was our first time staying on the west side of BHI. It was a fun location, especially for a December trip. Nice to be able to walk to the marina for a stroll. Lovely home. It was so nice to have newer golf carts-a joy to drive!! Working with the iTrip staff was great. It was our first time renting through iTrip and we will definitely use them again.
