We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Communication was great leading up to the stay. When we arrived, the place was clean and very cozy for our time during my son's basketball tournament. A beautiful location on the water and very safe and clean. Located right near the Nike outlet and all of the fun in downtown Seaside. Can't wait to go back!

We are very much enjoying our stay in Bluffton. The place is very clean and nicely furnished. Certainly one of the nicest places we have stayed. Great location, convenient to Savannah and Hilto Head. And Matt has really been great to go above and beyond to accomodate us on everything. Thanks so much, it's been a wonderful experience and break from our covid cabin fever!

Let me start off by saying the house was beautiful. I can tell they did many upgrades on the house. The neighbor was quiet and had friendly neighbors. My children and niece had a great time! My sister and I were able to relax and get our work done. We had a problem with one of the toilets upstairs and the response was immediate. I would love to come back next Spring!

We travelled with a toddler and an infant at the end of Jan and stayed at this newly renovated town house. This place is very closed to Scottsdale old town and a couple of mins walk to a grocery store which we found it super convenient. The place is well stocked with everything we need for our stay. The host Bernie is very responsive and friendly. Overall, we had a great experience.

The room (Silver Beach, 503) was beautiful as ever, but there were two minor things that were an inconvenience this time. The clothes dryer took 3 cycles to dry even the smallest of loads. We sure do depend on that for clean bath and beach towels as well as clothes. Also, the master toilet took several flushes with each use (toilet paper or not) and seemed to threaten overflow every time.
