Don’t let the outside fool you, the condo inside is perfectly appointed with everything you need for a nice relaxing beach vacation. Steps away from a beach access, this condo should be your next choice for a stay on the island. The rental company provides all the essentials and extras too (think usb ports and ceiling fans in every room). We enjoyed the location and the accommodations.

I rented the house to able to host Thanksgiving with my family. My daughter lives there on Cleveland St but her house is too small. We had 15 people for dinner and it was really great. The kitchen is a dream and there was lots of room for cooking. Five of us slept at house and we very comfortable. Good idea to be able to enjoy my family.

It was a wonderful stay with a fantastic view. The place was clean and well appointed with an amazing balcony and quick easy access to the beach. I do wish there had been some basic condiments like salt and pepper, etc. Bed was comfortable. Check in and out was easy. The restaurant/bar across the parking lot was very good.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Short walk to Tennis center, general store, Alexander's. You don't need a car. There's a shuttle that takes you around PD and to Shelter Cove. Very clean & comfortable Villa with everything you need for a relaxing get away! You'll be glad you chose it!

My wife and I needed a place near the green belt while we visited our new grandson. The Surf Park Place was perfect for our needs. Very clean, perfect location, nice arrival gift basket and responsive hosts. Look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Boise!!
