The place was cute. Nice community. The carpet and furniture in the unit could use a shampooing. The bathroom baseboards,window sill and blinds could use a cleaning. The bedding and towels were clean. Thank you!

Surprisingly spacious! Each bedroom slept comfortably with great living, hanging, working and cooking spaces as well. Parking was easy, though it was even easier to walk or bike to Mountain Village (there was also free transportation). The neighborhood is beautiful with great views. ITrip made it super easy and seamless as well!

THIS IS OUR 4TH TIME IN 4YEARS. SPENT TIME IN TAMPA,JOHNS PASS,AND JUST RELAXING ON THE BEACH. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR STAY.SEEMED AS THOUGH EVERY THING WAS WITHIN WALKING,OR SHORT DRIVE.POOL WAS WELL USED AND THE CONDO HAD EVERY THING NEEDED TO EAT IN. WE ARE ALREADY PLANNING OUR 5TH TRIP!

Myself, Wife and 2 boys stay at the Monterey Country Club every year. We've stayed in 5 different condos and by far and away this one was the best for us. Owner is very helpful, accommodating and most of all responsive.
