Our host was communicative and helpful. The place is great - 5 nice bedrooms, great Hang out areas (2 of them !!) - Kitchen well stocked. Great location - 8 min to min base, 11 min to town. little driveway which is great for kids to play away from the street

This house was a perfect house for our two families that stayed there this past week. We had enough bedrooms for all our people and everything was great! It was in a great location and the walk to the beach was not bad at all! I would say that the grill probably needs to be replaced soon. It worked, but is getting in bad shape. Thanks for a great week!

Wow. You will not need anything but clothes, swimsuit, and food. We never left! Plenty of cooking items on a super great gas stove. We never lacked for entertainment with Xbox and games, Galaga, the swimming pool and sooo much more. This house is perfect for a large family. The owners thought of everything from a toothbrush to a bottle of wine. You will not be disappointed.

The Hollis House was great accommodations for my family including our dog. It was close in proximity to restaurants, the boardwalk, and the public beach access. The iTrip family was very responsive to the small issues we experienced throughout our trip. We will definitely will return to Carolina Beach. The island was very welcoming, relaxing and beautiful!!!! Thank you iTrip!!

Excellent villa stay

Our 3 night in this 2BR villa was nearly perfect. We’ve rented over 15 Kiawah homes/villas and this one checked all the boxes….location, views, cleanliness, and decor. Only complaints are both cheap/easy fixes: upgrade the toilet paper and provide coffee filters (this one was a first for us). Otherwise, this rental was about as good as it gets on KI for a family of 3-4.
