What a nice place! The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. Loved the comfy couch and the view right over the pool. So convenient to have the beach chairs and umbrella to use. This is a great home away from home. We’ll be back.

We've booked accommodations through iTrip many times now for our family vacations. I'm always pleased with their customer service and quick response to issues/questions. We enjoyed our stay at Island House. It worked well for our family with its close proximity to the beach. We would book here again.

This spot is idea for really any time of trip to st Augustine! From families trying to stay walking distance to downtown but not spend arm and leg! Or a pair of couples catching a show at the amp that don’t want to catch a dui or pay for parking!! We love our stay and we’re there 23 Nights and highly recommend family and friends

Spacious house in a superb location

Stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend. Dewey Beach isn't big to start, but the house couldn't be in a better location. A stone's throw away from everything. Nearly all of the rooms have balconies, and the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils. My only suggestion would be a little more seating in the family room. We would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time at this house. Everyone who came remarked on how beautiful and well laid out the house was! There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies for our group of 10. And a great location in easy walking distance from downtown while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Made for a wonderful 40th bday weekend.
