Beautiful, Clean, Convenient Condo!

We booked this beautiful condo for a work trip while working in the Scottsdale Fashion Square mall. It is super close and convenient to the mall and all kinds of shopping, and conveniences. The condo is very nice, spacious, and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Great customer service! Our family vacation didn’t start off as planned and forced us to immediately find a new rental. We found this condo and and within minutes their employees were able to get us booked and into the condo. We loved the space, the view, and location. It turned out better than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to North Beach Resort in PH04 Indigo Tower. The views were spectacular and the unit was clean and comfortable. We had a minor housekeeping issue at check in but the property management was very apologetic and immediately offered to make it right. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. We will definitely return to this property in the near future.

We had a great time at this property. Itrips was great to work with. Had a problem with washing machine that was fixed promptly. The unit itself was comfortable other than the furniture in the living room. Sofa and love seat very worn and uncomfortable. Several stains in carpet. Otherwise great quiet enjoyable property and vacation.

Quiet location with short walks to blackcomb mountain and the bus stop. Home is becoming dated and could use some upgrades. Also there is a lot of stairs in this unit so if that is a problem you may want to look elsewhere. All in all we had a good experience at mountain star unit 8 and would book again in the future.
