I am very pleased with my stay in San Carlos 1408! I love the fact that you don't have to check in & out. Once booked, they email all the information you needed to know for your stay. At first I'm kind of hesitant to used a website that I never used before but with Itrip I feel comfortable. Thank you for a hassle free Spring Break!

We were very well pleased with our condo for the week. The process was easy and the it was more that we expected. We opened the door and there was a fresh smell and the place was very clean. Had a couple of small issues and called maintenance, they were very fast to respond and take care of the issue. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in the area. A great location too.

We are a week into our stay, the place is great, it has everything we need. It is a lovely quiet location. First day here realized the coffee maker wasn't working, contacted property management and it was replaced immediately. Staff were just finishing up when we arrived, very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and nicely staged.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very roomy and clean. They offered lots of extras (games, cards, beach supplies, kitchen supplies, etc.). We loved how we could self check in. Things went very smoothly! We will stay again!

Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. House was clean and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. On the second day renters called to ensure everything was going smoothly and gave information to make my disable mom’s stay more comfortable.
