We had some difficulties with the water not getting hot and a dirty sock found in our bed. We were told we were getting the $289 housekeeping fee refunded and would be compensated for that- I have not checked. Everything was handled promptly and fixed. We had a wonderful stay and everything g went great. We will stay again.

Fantastic Condo and Location!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, great updates to the inside, incredibly easy to coordinate our stay and get into the condo, and the location is unbeatable! It's a 2 minute walk to the Salty Dog and the rest of the South Beach Marina, and the beach is 2 minutes away with beach path being directly across the street! I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and welcoming. Plenty of kitchen supplies available for use, nice and working appliances, and plenty of extra towels & blankets. There was even beach chairs, toys and beach umbrellas in the utility closet. Also, comfiest couch ever! Also, great price. Would stay here again forsure!

Awesome place for a ski trip

We loved staying at 339 Deer Blvd. 12 min drive to vail mountain, with option to take a bus. If you choose to take the bus, you have to pay for the bus, so with our # of people it made more sense to drive in one car and pay for parking for the day. This place was perfect for 6 of us. Easy parking & nice and clean space.

Great New Years getaway!

The house was sparkling clean and well-equipped. We didn't need a thing but the iTrip folks were only a text away just in case. Easy walk to a lovely beach. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Close to stores and restaurants.
