iTrip was a great host, very easy to communicate with and responsive. Condo is in a great location at the base of Deer Valley, right next to the St. Regis. 3rd floor gives you great views, and has 2 separate balconies. We had 6 people, there is plenty of room and the living area is spacious. Underground parking is great.

Great stay at HarborView Grande, Unit 801

Enjoyed our one week stay at this very nice condo. It had plenty of room for our seven adults. Nice views from the balcony. We were able to use the beach chairs and beach umbrella several days. Our favorite family event was playing the board game Telestrations at the dinner table. This unit was perfect for out family gathering. We would recommend this as a great place to stay.

We absolutely loved the house. It had all the creature comforts and amenities without the hassle of staying at a hotel. Especially enjoyed the hot tub and patio setup. Would definitely stay here again!

Peter, The minute we walked in to 27 Heritage, we felt at home. What a place! Warm. Inviting. Wonderful. The amenities were amazing. My family and I enjoyed every moment we spent there. We've already booked it for next Summer, so that should tell you something. Hilton Head is incredible, and 27 Heritage took it to another level. Can't wait to stay there again! Sincerely, Ben Lippel
