Condo was clean, and a nice size. We didn’t do any cooking but kitchen looked like it had all pots and utensils just needed kitchen towels and wash cloths or sponge. There were 2 chairs rafts and some beach toys and umbrella also there to use. I would rent there again. It was very convenient and an easy walk to John’s Pass

Condo was exactly as described. Clean on arrival, plenty of towels, beds comfortable. Kitchen slightly lacking in tools, made for perfect excuse to eat out. Easy walking distance to beach (5 minutes). There is nothing not to love on Sanibel Island.

What a great unit. Beautifully decorated and outstanding view. The iTrip representative was very helpful. We had a few hiccups but she was on it and everything went smoothly. Will definitely use My iTrip again. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to call our temporary home :)

We loved how close we are to everything. Great location! Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus for me. We have 2 teenage daughters and my niece who is a teen. A suggestion would be to have ceiling fans in master bedroom and living room. It gets stuffy. Other than that, very pleased.

The condo was great. Had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. This is obviously a host that wants to be sure everything is great and they were certainly successful with this unit.
