The property was in excellent condition and incredibly clean. This made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. Location of the property is close to the beach and close to many restaurants and much easier to walk to get around than having wheels.

Guys annual ski trip - 4 beds (a bottom full and top single bunk bed, a master king bedroom, and a foldout couch), nice kitchen (need a few new pans due to flaking Teflon), nice dining area, and living room. Nice downstairs ski locker, underground parking, and several hot tubs + a heated pool. We plan to return soon.

Best Sea Pines House!!!

After 10 stays in various Sea Pines rentals, we all agreed that this was our favorite! The house is well-appointed and the kitchen is chef-friendly. Great layout for 2 families. Lots of natural light. We enjoyed bike rides, beach walks, and sitting outside watching golfers. Don't think twice, book this house!

Our second Spring Break in 809- already looking to book for next year!!! Very comfortable and spacious. My wife and I come with 2 of our Adult kids and their spouses. Everybody gets their own space. Love the large corner balcony, with the view of the beach, but also the sunset over Little Lagoon. The kitchen has everything you need. The San Carlos staff is always friendly and helpful.

The house we rented on Atlantic Oaks is in the middle of Saint Augustine Beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short drive toPublix and Winn Dixie. The house is very nice with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and well maintained pool. We enjoyed our visit and were appreciative of the free activities from xplorie . Highly recommend!
