This is our 6th visit to Shadowbrook 102. Our family visits 2x a year and loves everything about this place. Location, comfort, and attentiveness of management. Regardless of season or type of group, this place offers a fantastic home-base for all activities…even doing nothing!

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. It’s right on the beach….beautiful views. The a/c worked great and actually was cold sometimes. The unit is super clean. John’s Pass is a little over a mile away where you can parasail, deep sea fish, rent jets skis, etc. Great restaurants close by.

Clean and welcoming studio. Small, but has everything you need. Great for 2 people who spend most of their time outside. Cute pool area in the courtyard. Conveniently located a block away from beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Las Brisas 406. It was clean and well maintained with comfortable furniture and bedding. The views are outstanding! The pool area was clean and well kept. Thank you for hosting us! We hope to return next year!

We had an awesome time and we will definitely book this property again. __Dan was awesome from the time we booked the property until the time we arrived at the property meeting all our needs. __The only issue we had is we could not get the washing machine to work but that will not stop us from booking again!
