What a great house! Very spacious and clean. Exactly as advertised. Great location, very close to both Newburyport or Portsmouth NH and surrounding areas. The host, Scott was welcoming and helped to answer all our questions. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a little quite comfort.

Our stay on Balboa Island

We loved our stay at 128 Agate these past 2 weeks! So comfortable and cozy. Its' balcony is a lovely place to sit with a cup coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen and living area are a great place to gather and have a meal. Very clean too. Scott Carpenter at itrip Newport provided great instructions. Very accommodating. We'll be staying here again.

Location is perfect for this home! Walkable to a lot of spot or scooter accessible, if not. I would say that there was confusion with checking in time frame, and the photos for the listing could use updating. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot to a group for ease of access to all things Austin!

My family spent great time with this sweet home. Had the best holiday stay at this impeccably maintained beach front home. Clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed the quiet boardwalk and gorgeous sunsets every day. Definitely exceeded our high expectations. Can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly endowed our stay and look forward to coming back. The home was beautifully decorated and was well stocked with everything we needed. The screen porch was a wonderful place to watch the river and the dock was a great place to fish!!
