We had a great stay! Close enough to beach to still hear the ocean!!! Location was perfect for our family of four to explore all that Kiawah Island has to offer. The villa was extra clean, kitchen well equipped to meet all our needs, and the hosts answered all our questions very quickly. Made for a family vacation we will remember for many years!

Awesome stay at Swim By The Sea!

We had a great time at this lovely IOP home. Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful home and amazing views. The floor plan worked well with a nice open kitchen and decks to hang out on and enjoy the weather. Quick walk to the beach and a great sunrise this morning. We were able to take advantage of some IOP and Sullivan’s restaurant as well as a nice trip into downtown Charleston.

Perfect place to stay so close to all that you want to do! All within walking distance. Lahaina has so much to offer , just getting her was a pleasure hwy. 30 views into lahaina just kept us in our seats. Could not wait to get out of the car and jump in the water. Early morning walks made my days so enjoyable with each step. I'LL BE BACK!

We return to Folly most years to celebrate our anniversary. We adore this beach, the restaurants and the laid back vibe that defines Folly Beach. your condo is fantastic - love the proximity to everything and the decor.

Great apartment sit on the balcony and watch the waves 50 feet away. Easy parking and easy to find. Would stay here again. Close to shopping and golf. Snorkel at the near by bay - safe for children and families. Just Delightful!
