I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others. You'll get Sauna, Jacuzzi, fireplace in room and a kitchen with accessories. You will be inside Canyon resort and will have indoor private parking and will be able to use all hotel amenities.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Location was very convenient - mountain view and close to Pigeon Forge parkway. Close to many nice restaurants, activities, and The Island. From balcony, can see Smoky Mountains. Interior of condo has great floor layout and beautifully furnished. We had everything necessary in the condo for a week-long stay. Price was also reasonable for the area. Absolutely loved the condo and location!!

We had a great time staying at Cation. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Everything came as advertised. The view of the back was great, and the river access was perfect. When we left, we accidently left behind a priceless item our kids had made for us. The owner actually brought it to our house to return it to us. We couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend staying there.

This condo was so beautiful. Everything was extremely clean. The owners were very easy to contact, very prompt with responses. They provided beach towels, sand toys, and beach chairs. Very quiet building and location too. The pool water was very warm (it was cold weather the week we were there). Overall, the place was very comfortable and homey.

We came here for 5 days to celebrate New Year and enjoy Christmas atmosphere at mountains.Unfortunlally there was no snow at all, but house was amazing!!!We couldnot be more happy and satisfied!Amazing rooms and views!!!We were 9 people and it was one of the most amazing vacation just because of so beautiful house!!!We will definitely come back in summer!Highly recommended!!!
