Loved this location, cleanliness, and property! Had everything we needed for a relaxing time at the beach. Kitchen outfitted w all you require. Large tv’s, bicycles, beach games, and small foosball table for entertainment.

My family and I stayed at at st coix unit 405 it’s always so clean has the best view of ocean very close to all restaurants Walmart I definitely recommend if you want a clean beautiful condo to relax and have a great time recommend this condo 405 definitely will be back years to come

We have been staying at San Carlos for the last 4 years. This was our first stay in 303. Perfect location, well decorated and maintained. Plenty of room for dining in for 8. The only suggestion I can come up with is maybe another chair or 2 on the balcony. The wrought iron table and chairs were not too comfortable or "beachy". This is a minor issue. Overall, we would certainly return to this unit.

We stayed in this cozy 3 bedroom home for a long weekend in January. Layout worked well for us, and location is in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to highways to get anywhere in the area. Airport is minutes away. Management was very prompt and attentive, house is very well maintained (excellent water pressure in the shower!). We would stay here again in the future.

Very pleased. We were happy to see some improvements from prior years including new diswasher, master bedroom toilet, and improved dishes and kitchen utensils. Furniture needs upgrading particularly dining room chairs and sofas. We would like to rent for January 2024.
