I think there’s been some kind of misunderstanding we are scheduled and paid for until 28 April we had a cleaning lady stop in today saying that she needed to clean the apartment and I told her that our contract was until next Saturday So far our stay has been great. Our stay at Pearl of the Bay couldn’t have been any better. The condo was beautifully and comfortably furnished; but the highlight was the screened in porch. We had views of the bay, the wildlife, and the Indian River bridge. The rocking chairs were perfect! We look forward to returning soon!

We love visiting Carolina Beach but this has been our favorite place we have rented. It is beautiful, great location, and well stocked. Everything went well for our stay, no issues. We enjoyed hanging out on the decks for coffee and sunset. The property was perfect for our family and we are already planning our return.

Besides Master Bedroom TV not Adult Friendly too work and even maintenance guy had a hard time, IT was great and definitely would rent again. I read in past reviews that the bar ice maker didn’t work and still is not working. We couldn’t ask for a better view and just few minor adjustments would be PERFECT
