We very much enjoyed our home away from home in Bradenton! The house was nicely remodeled, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool and lanai were wonderful for afternoon and happy hour relaxing. Several beaches and other attractions were reachable in 30 minutes or less. Special thanks to Jerry and the management company for being very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this home!

This is the perfect place to stay for a short getaway on Bald head Island. The property was very clean, well stocked, and just as advertised. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you for a great trip!

We had six guys for a ski trip so it was tough finding an affordable option close to the base. This unit worked great. We cooked all our breakfasts and one great dinner and had plenty of space to spread out. Easy walk to the lifts and town. Uncomfortable pull out couch, but aren’t they all?

We loved our time at the Little Green Cottage. We have stayed here during our last five trips to Folly. It is simple, clean, perfect location and wonderful for our little dog Murphy. The porch and deck are awesome! Wonderful for early mornings and late evenings with the site and sound of the ocean purring right in front of you. We will definitely be back next year!!!!!

We recently stayed here with another couple. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach! The room was very clean and perfect for us. We really appreciated the public transportation and would not rent a vehicle next time as it really is not needed! The owners made everything very easy and I would highly recommend renting here to anyone!
