We love this house it has everything we need and a perfect location for what we like to do . Minutes from our favorite golf course,walking distance to market and a great breakfast at se bon . Also a short walk to the street fair on weekends. And a short drive to el pasio . We rented it again next year . Ed Hart

Loved being right on the beach! The view from the large balcony with table and plenty of seating was priceless, from morning coffee until sunsets. Condo was very clean and all was as promised. The Itrip team provided detailed pre arrival info and was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Avon property! The property was well maintained. The house was in a beautiful location and had enough space to accommodate our group. We had some issue with hot water which was fixed immediately after one call to the property manager. Overall, an excellent stay!

Lovely, sparkling clean condo. Lots of nice, personal touches throughout. Extremely responsive to questions. Loved the proximity to the beach and Salty Dog, shops, and other restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, immaculately taken care of grounds. Highly recommend.

Great townhouse! Beautifully decorated and great spaces. Our family had plenty of room. There were 2 rooms with en suites and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each. It could be a great location to share with extended family. All bedrooms are upstairs. Very easy to get to Disney.
