Room and location great but baggage storage waiting on room was terrible the resort wouldn’t let my daughter and her friend store luggage so they could go to pool and beach so they had to take luggage to the pool.

We enjoyed our time in Treasure Island and having the option for a beach front condo made it even better. This was our first time in the area and found it completely charming and will be back one day. The condo had plenty of amenities and an excellent view. Some things that could use attention; - The missing sliding door in the shower allows a lot of water to pool up in the bathroom floor which soaks the single bath mat. - The room smelled very stale and remained this way for our entire stay. I wonder if it’s from lack of occupancy or some needed servicing to the air conditioner. We bought room spray to try and alleviate this. -The bed needs a topper, at least. It’s incredibly stiff and caused a lot of joint pain. - The sheets are pilling and could use an upgrade. Overall we would definitely return but perhaps choose a different condo.

Unit 421 is a fabulous updated condo in a spectacular location! We slept with the (screened) balcony doors open so we could hear the surf all night. So close to the water! The sunset views are breathtaking! The bed and the sofa face the water - what a great idea! Renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, gorgeous tile and body jets as well as a rainfall shower - feels like a spa! Tons of storage for personal items - lovely beachy decor. Thanks for all the towels bars and hooks everywhere- so handy! Large vanity. Bed is firm, yet very comfy. This reno was done right - all the upgrades and personal touches to make for a really nice stay. Most of the units in Island Inn are not updated - so glad we chose #421! Many restaurants in walking distance, and a market across the street for any essentials you might need. Cant wait to come back!

Unbeatable location!
4/5 stars
The location of this condo was perfect! Right on the beach and close to restaurants and things to do. The condo was nice though it was fairly outdated which was t reflected in the pictures. There was a nice renovation done but it was a while ago. The parking situation was a little weird until we realized they have the whole lot across the street which provided more than enough spaces. We only had two people staying there and I don’t think it would be very comfortable with more. Overall, this was definitely a nice place to stay for a long weekend on Treasure Island! The views and location were unbeatable with some incredible sunsets.

Thanks for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the condo and location! The condo was fully renovated in December of 2017, and the building is currently undergoing some fantastic updates in the pool area and lobby. Thanks again!

As always we love coming to Island Inn. We appreciate the notification about the Nov. 6 maintenance coming to our room. We are disappointed that we were not notified about the red tide. We're here for 2 weeks and this really changed our vacation. We feel concern about not being informed so I am only giving 4 stars. My husband struggled with respiratory problems. The room itself was great-clean and set up nicely. There was only 1 beach chair, but due to red tide I didn't call and ask for another one. Otherwise, the room had everything we needed.

Nice condo but a little older area then we were wanting.

The condo on the inside was nice and newly renovated, but the building (Island Inn) that housed it is pretty dated. The area in general was an older area of St. Pete. Had some good places to eat close by, especially Carino’s and Caddy’s on the Beach. Cool to only have a short walk on the beach to Caddy’s, and the tiki bar at the Island Inn was convenient.

The condo is newly renovated, but the building housing it is very dated. Definitely an older area of Treasure Island (St. Pete). It was nice to have Caddys on the Beach just a short walk, as well as several other places close by. Carinos Italian restaurant was delicious! Plus the view of the ocean was great. The tiki bar at the Island Inn (where the condo is located) was cool to have onsite with views of the ocean.

Very nice and clean place. I have rented from various VRBO owners before on special occasions and have never had any issues (depending on the occasion I have even been left a bottle of champagne). This trip was a little different. I was unable to purchase an additional package from the front desk because I rented from the owner. I reached out to ask about the special promotion (because the ok had to come from the owner directly) and we never received any correspondence back. Overall the place was great but the communication was a lacking a little with the owner. Luckily I met some locals that snuck a bottle of champagne in and decorated the bed with rose petals for our anniversary when we were out... So at the end of the day the mission was accompanied!

Awesome vacation!

This condo is fantastic! The description was everything and then some. Views are incredible! I would definitely go back and rent this place! If I was to give any suggestions, I would only say that the beach chairs could be updated. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Our stay was very nice. Booking was easy. Check in was seamless. Property was as described clean and impressive. Towels and bedding were clean and supplied. Plates pans etc were adequate. Updates were nice. View was amazing. Ate at several local restaurants. Seadogs, Billy’s stone crab, Caddy’s, tuttoroaso. All were excellent and recommend. Buy one get one activity was sold out so we could not use this perk.

Spectacular view & room

Try to imagine waking up facing the gorgeous gulf view ... king size bed faces the sea ... just amazing. Bar height seating on balcony ... awesome for viewing sunsets ... we just loved everything in this room from huge TV to shower jets ...

Amazing Room - Fabulous Location
5/5 stars
What an amazing room - the bed and couch are arranged to face the gulf! We absolutely loved waking up each morning to gulf views and snuggling on the comfy couch, again viewing the sea. Every day we had apps on the balcony while watching the sunset - without having to peak over the railing - bar height seating totally rocks!!! We even saw dolphins. As if that wasn't enough, we both loved rinsing off the beach with body jets! We can't wait to return, and we'll definitely book room 421 again ... it's absolutely the best. Island Inn is a perfect location - an elevator ride to the beach, and walking distance to great bars and restaurants - our faves: Sea Dog, Sloppy Joe's, and Ricky T's. If after an evening out, a walk back is a little too much. then there's the trolley stop right in front of the hotel.
