Our stay was great! The house was just as depicted online. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. The pool was an added bonus! We ended up using it every day! I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Great place for a large group!

We had a wonderful time at the Swell House. House was well equipped for a large group. The beds were great and the en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom were fabulous. The house has a great view, quick access to town and was secluded from any neighbors. It was a wonderful place to have our large family gathering and I highly recommend it.

The Penthouse was FABULOUS. It was a perfect spot for our family gathering to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday. We were thrilled with the proximity to the beach and also enjoyed the view from the porch. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, as was the kitchen. The welcome bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. The hosts were readily available when questions came up.

We really enjoyed being right on the beach - waking up each morning to the sound and sight of waves. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was very comfortable. Some of the extras like games and beach chairs were very much appreciated.

This is a very nice, comfortable and well stocked townhome that is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants on the west end of town. We have stayed in this development before and it is always well kept and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
