Perfect location! Right outside your door is the river with the most perfect view and the dolphins! Amazing! The space was beautiful and the place had everything we needed. Was close to the beach, stores, and also close to Charleston! Had the best trip!!

We enjoyed the unit which was a good value for the money. It was most importantly clean and convenient. The only complaint was it had a very tight parking lot which in winter was very frustrating. We could not use the parking garage due to having a very large vehicle which would not fit. It was quite a challenge finding safe parking for the week we stayed there.

It was super clean and the view and everything was great. Loved everything about are stay at the Grandview, loved the fact it had everything we loved to do sit in the hot tub that was super clean, to the pool table and the video game machine. The iTrip staff were the best. We rented a house for 6 weeks. Any time we had an issue the staff responded within the hour. The rental house was modest yet had all the amenities needed for an excellent vacation.

Cute condo units! The proximity to the gorgeous beach, the cute furnishings, and especially the Xplorie activities! Used the car service & bike delivery! Also the self-adjustable AC - alot of rentals will only go to 75* but we like it cooler at night (we are from CO!)
