The location and size was excellent. The garbage disposal was frozen. No dishwasher soap was available. Asking us to wash a load of towels at the end of our stay without providing any detergent was tacky. The balcony was a great size with a wonderful view. The "extra" fees were excessively high.

This was exactly what we were looking for on this vacation. The home looks just like the photos - clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to explore the Lakeland area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would visit again. Thank you for sharing this lovely home!

Great location and everything was lovely. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen and garage, as far as the kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Beautiful sunrise from the porch! They were very easy to deal with and quick to respond when we locked ourselves out! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was well equipped and in perfect location. After check in we were able to walk out down steps to beach each day. Only concern was that upon arrival the security guard told us we needed to check in with office even though our check in instructions state not to check in with office

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for our family of 3. The location was perfect… super close to everything, yet far enough that it wasn’t loud at night. It was an easy 2 block walk to the beach and even closer to Rehoboth Ave., so we could come and go as we pleased all week.
