Wonderful condo. It’s clean and looks just like it does in the pictures. This was our second time to stay in 1002. There was a small amount of wear and tear but that’s to be expected. The only problem was that the separate ice machine was not working. I especially love the large shower. We’ll be back next year.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this basement apartment. For the most point it was well equipped and the location was great. Very walkable to good restaurants, bars and an amazing ice cream place (Salt and Straw). The property manager and owner were also very accommodating when we had to extend our stay at the last minute.

It is always a pleasure to work with iTrip. The efficiency, ease of making reservations, and attention to detail of all staff members keeps my loyalty to this company. They always give a great selection of homes to rent, and we always enjoy our stay.

Stayed there this week for 4 nights. Great amenities and just a short walk to the beach. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare food. Balconies overlooking the lagoon are great and a perfect place to unwind. I had issues with the front door at first but that was me being an idiot that couldn’t figure out numbers and buttons. Place was very clean!

My wife and I spent the Thanksgiving weekend here and absolutely loved it! There was so much to do and even with iffy weather we still got to be outside enjoying everything. We will continue to stay here on future trips.
