What a treat to stay at the Palms. Clean, centrally located near the beach, supermarket and drug store. A perfect place to relax for a few days at the beach. An easy drive from/to Tampa. Highly recommended!

House was clean and spacious. Check in and out very easy. Good proximity to the beach. Could use some updates master bedroom mattress was awful and one of the bunk beds didn't have a mattress at all. Plenty of clean towels, which was appreciated. And loved the shower out back and just inside back door. Neighborhood pools were nice and not typically crowded.

We had the best stay in this little cottage. Location was absolutely perfect. We didn’t eat in much because we wanted to experience the town’s delicious food, but house was stocked if needed to. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch reading and watching people stroll by. I would highly recommend!

Trip got cut short

It was our first snow vacation and first trip to Utah with the whole family and were so pleased with the Empire house. Unfortunately, our timing was off and the Coronavirus forced us to cut our trip short. Itrip was more than understanding and refunded our trip no problem. We will for sure book again in the future and thank you for your awesome customer service and your caring hearts . Aloha

Exceptional stay!

Our family just stayed there for one week while visiting my mother and family. We are annapolis natives and loved to stay down the street from her in such a beautiful rental. The rental has every amenity you could think of both inside and outside. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting from our current home in Florida. Great great place!!!!
